The registration fee is $295 if registering by Dec. 7, 2018 or $350 if registering after Dec. 7, 2018. The registration fee includes a book of speaker materials, lunch and refreshments.

Cancellations:
Cancellations received on or before Dec. 7, 2018 are subject to a 15% service charge. Cancellations received after that time will be charged the entire registration fee, but substitutions are always welcome.
