Bronze --$350-- Your logo will be listed on the page of sponsors inside the conference agenda book.
Silver --$500-- Your logo is listed in the conference book, plus listing as a break sponsor in the conference book and room signage.
Gold --$750-- Sponsors at this level receive a full page color advertisement in the conference book on the inside front cover or outside back cover, plus listing as a break sponsor in the conference book and room signage.
Platinum --$1,000-- Our premier sponsors at this level receive their full page conference book advertisement enlarged to a 2 X 3 ft. poster and placed to the side of the stage, as well as a listing as a break sponsor in the conference book and room signage.

The registration fee is $495 if received by January 8, 2016 and $595 if received after January 8, 2016. The registration fee includes a book of speaker materials, lunch and refreshments. Checks should be made payable to Western Forestry and Conservation Association. Purchase orders, VISA/MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Tax id # 930-331-712.
No refunds for cancellations after January 8, 2016, but substitutions are always welcome. Cancellations made before January 8 are subject to a 15% cancellation and processing fee. To make a cancellation or substitution, please contact Amanda at email@example.com or call 503-226-4562.
Reduced rate lodging is available at the Heathman by calling 888-475-3100 or 360-254-3100 and by mentioning Western Forestry and Conservation. The rate for a single or double room is $114 plus tax. After January 8, 2016, reduced rate rooms will be subject to availability.
About the Location:
The workshop will be held at the Heathman Lodge in Vancouver, WA. The Heathman is located at 7801 NE Greenwood Dr. Take SR-500 East off I-5 in Vancouver. Exit at NE Thurston Way and go north to NE Parkway DR. Turn left on Parkway and the Lodge is on the left. The Heathman can be viewed at: www.heathmanlodge.com.
