Optional Field Trip (see registration form)
8:00 – 4:00 Field tour with stops hosted by Oregon State University, Oregon Department of Forestry, and Starker Forests. Stops will focus on established field trials for evaluation of short- and long-term nursery and site-prep effects on seedling growth and survival.

About this Event
The conference will be held at the CH2M Hill Alumni Center on the Oregon State University campus, Corvallis, OR. The Center is at 725 SW 26th St.

OSU Campus Visitor Parking:
The meeting site is across the street from the Reser Stadium on the OSU campus and parking is available by the stadium. The cost of parking is $10/day, payable at the kiosk of b/c lots or the parking garage south of Reser Stadium the day of the event or payable online in advance. Registration Information
Registration Pricing:

The registration fee for 10/11/17 is $245 if received by 10/4/17 (does not include field trip) or $295 if received after 10/4/17. The fee includes a book of speaker materials, lunch, and breaks. Registration fee for the optional field trip on 10/12/17 is $45 if received by 10/4/17 or $60 if received after 10/4/17. The field tour fee includes transportation and lunch. Checks should be made payable to Western Forestry and Conservation Association. Purchase orders, VISA/MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Tax id # 930-331-712.

Cancellations:
Cancellations received on or before 10/4/17 are subject to a 15% service charge. Cancellations after 10/4/17 will be charged the entire registration fee, but substitutions are always welcome.

Lodging Information:

No block of rooms has been set aside for this event. The closest walking distance hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn at (541) 752-5000. Additional driving distance hotels are available in downtown Corvallis.

Society of Western Foresters CFE Credits:
CFE credits will be available at the workshop.
