The registration fee is $225 if received by 9/4/17 or $265 if received after 9/4/17. The fee includes a book of speaker materials, breaks and lunch.

Cancellations received on or before 9/4/17 are subject to a 15% service charge. Cancellations after 9/4/17 will be charged the entire registration fee, but substitutions are always welcome.
